I speak two languages but I’m seriously feeling that it is hard for me to remember things. I’m in my 30s. I wonder if maybe knowing two languages really hurts your capacity to free-recall words in either language. Seems i’m losing it
so this article on “speaking two languages” is kind of reassuring for now!
